Mesha’el Marsia-Shannyse Tigney affectionally known as Coach Me was born a Creative at Heart. She is the Founder and Director of Creative Awakening she has diligently worked to bring and expose the arts as a means of positive change in social and spiritual causes. Her energetic personality has been seen in her work.

She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Human Capital Coach, Certified Green Belt, and Staff Sergeant in the United Air Force Reserve. She has a heart for people and is willing and ready to help people become he best versions of themselves. Working through life as a “Pastor’s Kid”, walking through divorce, and dealing with back-to-back loses has brought another level trial and triumph in her powerful journey that makes her even more relatable to those she serves. Through it all she managed to get her bachelor’s degree in business management.
