Start Your Day A Positive Way!

As we are wrapping up Mental Health Awareness Month I just want to leave you with a few tips.

1. Start your morning with positivity - prayer - meditation - motivation

Avoid looking at social media first thing in the morning

2. Make sure you create a schedule

Take Breaks and Make Time for self care

3. Stay Connected with Friends and Family

4. Try to get 6-8hrs of sleep each night. When you get the right amount of sleep you feel better and have more energy.

It may not be easy at first but, I guarantee that you will see a change by implementing these things one by one
